A basic classical butter with numerous applications

Preparation time: Minutes  Makes: 200 g  Dish Seasonality: All Year round 
  • 200 g Unsalted jersey butter
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley
  • Pinch of pepper

Tips and Tricks: The better quality butter that you can do the better this will taste, simple :).

  1. Using a wooden spoon work the butter to a smooth paste, incorporate the remaining ingredients evenly. Can be kept for 3 days in the refrigerator.

Tips and Tricks: Make sure your parsley is chopped very finely
