A basic classical butter with numerous applications
Preparation time: 5 Minutes Makes: 200 g Dish Seasonality: All Year round
- 200 g Unsalted jersey butter
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley
- Pinch of pepper
Tips and Tricks: The better quality butter that you can do the better this will taste, simple :).
- Using a wooden spoon work the butter to a smooth paste, incorporate the remaining ingredients evenly. Can be kept for 3 days in the refrigerator.
